We, the board of directors of The Cupps Ministries, Inc., has determined that we need to establish Bylaws to govern and protect this corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of The Cupps Ministries, Inc does hereby make a resolution to adopt the following Bylaws.

ARTICLE I
NAME
1.01 Name
The name of this corporation shall be The Cupps Ministries, Inc.
ARTICLE II
PURPOSES AND POWERS
2.01 Purpose
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized is:
To promote and further the cause of the Christian religion and its related facilities in missionary and evangelistic activities within in the United States. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of, including, for such purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Said corporation is organized exclusively for religious purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 or corresponding provisions of any future United States Revenue Law.
